Tuition
*If you pay the full year’s tuition up front, you will receive a 10% discount.
*Monthly payments are due the 1st of the month. Late payments will accrue a $15 late fee.
Both Days (Mondays AND Fridays)
$2,000 ($222/month) – One child
$3,420 ($380/month) – Two children
$4,275 ($475/month) – Three children
Single Day (Mondays OR Fridays)
$1,000 ($111/month) – One child
$1,710 ($190/month) – Two children
$2,137.50 ($237.50/month) – Three children
Program Details and Fees
Ages:
12 months* through preschool. Age must be met by Sept. 1, 2024.
*We plan to open our Caterpillar Room in Fall 2024 for babies 6–12 months old.

When:
9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Mondays and Fridays.
You may register your child for both days, or for one day (Mondays or Fridays).
Holidays follow the public school calendar.

Initial Processing Fee:
$65 (non-refundable)
This is a one-time initial processing fee paid during registration. This is NOT tuition.
Note on Inclement Weather:
MDO follows the Rockford Public Schools #205 weather closing schedule. If RPS #205 closes MDO will be closed as well. There will be no reimbursement for unscheduled closures.
Vaccinations:
Before your child’s first day, MDO requires a complete vaccination record showing that your child has met the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) vaccination requirements. See the IDPH requirements here. MDO does not accept exemptions.
